Job description
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate digital projects from initial planning to successful delivery. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, resources, scope, and client expectations, ensuring projects align strategically and meet business goals. You’ll collaborate closely with development teams, designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions effectively and efficiently.
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple digital projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget.
- Clearly define project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, transparent communication and effective expectation management.
- Monitor project performance, proactively manage risks and issues, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a collaborative, positive working environment, coordinating resources and team members effectively.
- Continuously track, report, and communicate project status to stakeholders and management.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in digital product development, IT, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with hands-on experience facilitating agile ceremonies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Demonstrated capability in risk management, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
