Job description
As an Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions across various client projects. You’ll work closely with our team to streamline processes, integrate advanced tools, and leverage technologies such as AI-driven agents, no-code/low-code automation platforms, and workflow management software.
- Analyze and identify processes suitable for automation to boost efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Design and develop robust automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).
- Integrate AI-based solutions, such as ChatGPT or other LLM-driven agents, to enhance automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure alignment with business requirements and optimal implementation.
- Document, maintain, and continuously improve automation workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Provide training and support to client teams to ensure smooth adoption of automated systems.
Experience & Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing process automation solutions.
- Proficiency with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make/Integromat).
- Familiarity with AI tools and integration methods (OpenAI APIs, ChatGPT integration).
- Experience in identifying opportunities for automation within business processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment.
